Move over rosé. This summer belongs to crémant.

The founders behind amie Wine Studio and Weezie’s launch their first Crémant Rosé

Rosé has long been synonymous with summer, but this year there's another bottle stealing the spotlight: crémant. Bringing together the best of both worlds, amie founders Abbie Roden and Will Sandbach have launched amie Crémant Rosé, a pale sparkling rosé from Limoux in the foothills of the Pyrenees in Southern France.

Fresh from opening Weezie's, the pizza restaurant that's quickly become one of London's most talked-about new openings, alongside their popular amie Wine Studio, the founders are betting that sparkling rosé is set to become the bottle of the summer. Crisp, dry, and made for long lunches with friends, celebrations, and sunny evenings in the garden, amie Crémant Rosé arrives as a lovely alternative to traditional still rosé.

Made from 40-year-old vines and crafted using the traditional method, amie Crémant Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir, aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months. The result is a fresh, elegant sparkling rosé with notes of ripe citrus and wild strawberry, balanced by beautifully fine bubbles. Through amie’s ongoing partnership with charity: water, every bottle sold also helps fund clean water projects around the world.

The new amie Crémant Rosé is the bottle to reach for when the occasion calls for bubbles, or at home as an aperitif or poured alongside food. It pairs beautifully with fresh, zesty flavours and savoury, umami-rich dishes.

The launch follows a busy few months for the founders, who recently opened Weezie's alongside amie Wine Studio in London's Eccleston Yards. Together, the two venues have built a loyal following around great wine, good food and effortless entertaining – with amie crémant rosé set to be the latest bottle on everyone's radar.

RRP: £26. Launching on Ocado from 6th July 2026, available to buy online at amie.
