Introducing the hottest new party pad: Millbridge Court

From the team behind Kin House, just one hour from London

If you’re planning a wedding party, launch, or brand moment this year, this is the one to have on your radar. Open for bookings, Millbridge Court is the latest from Dearborn Studio – the team behind the legendary Kin House – designed to feel less like a venue and more like your own (very well-designed) country house hotel for the night.

The 19th century house has been completely reimagined by Red Deer (the creative force behind St John, The Gallivant, and LIMEKILN), alongside the interior designer Helen Pike, formerly of Soho House.

Set in the pretty village of Frensham, Surrey – just an hour from London – Millbridge offers an incredible, design-led space ideal for hosting everything from creative showcases and brand product launches to team away days, weddings, and milestone parties. With capacity for up to 150 guests, nine bedrooms, two light-filled halls and expansive gardens, it’s built for bringing people together and creating memorable moments.

Stay

There are nine bedrooms in total. The main house features seven en-suite rooms, more akin to a beautifully designed hotel than a traditional venue, with Studio Ashby fabrics, Studio Humbug Quercus wallpaper, and vintage pieces of furniture, as well as thoughtful touches throughout – from robes to help-yourself snack baskets.

The final two rooms are where things get particularly special. Tucked away in a private wooded corner of the garden, The Cabin (room eight) comes with a freestanding bathtub, log burner with a hand-painted Balineum tile fireplace and its own private deck overlooking the meadow – the standout, honeymoon-worthy suite. 

Finally, the adjacent cottage – The Lodge – has an additional ninth bedroom on the ground floor, with a spacious lounge on the top floor. 

Downstairs, guests can gather for breakfast or intimate dinners in the Dining Room, before unwinding by the log fire in the cosy sitting room, featuring Beata Heuman fabrics, vintage marble coffee tables and custom tub chairs upholstered in Pierre Frey fabric.

Party

Launch parties, weddings, or milestone events – Millbridge is built for it. Two expansive halls with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows are the perfect place to host, and there’s even a secret bar in The Gallery, with a back-lit onyx front and brass top, perfect for cocktails and late-night drinks.

Set against woodland and rolling Surrey countryside, the house lends itself just as well to outdoor dining and activities as it does to late-night parties – ideal for taking over for the day, a weekend or more.

Unique spaces provide everything you need for event dressing, too, with rooms with Verde Luana marble make-up stations, hair-washing basins with salon chairs, and full-length mirrors with a secret opening looking down to The Gallery. Design details include hand-painted tiles by Fee Greening, and a private changing space with tiled niche for ‘reveal’ moments. The team can also help arrange spa and grooming treatments.

Feast

A talented in-house team of chefs create menus to suit any occasion – from fire-cooked feasts and generous sharing menus to wood-fired pizzas and more relaxed, family-style dining. The team will work with guests to plan the ultimate party spread.

Whether you would like to take over the whole house for a day, a weekend, or more, the team have over 10 years’ experience planning parties and events. Alongside private hire, there will also be a rolling programme of events open to both guests and the public.

Overnight venue hire starts from £4,250 (Mon-Thurs). Food and drink are priced separately.

Within easy reach of London – just a one-hour train ride from London Waterloo, and a ten-minute drive from Farnham Railway Station.
